For our Full Custom services, you can drop your boat at our Middleton, Idaho location. Our trained technicians will digitize your boat to create a trace of your boat surface. The resulting templates are then scanned and imported into our software, digitized, and loaded into a CAD program, where our engineers set the final layout and work on any additional patterns, graphics, or logos you'd like added. From that stage, we move to the CNC process, where your pieces are meticulously cut with high-precision CNC machinery. If the template you need is not available in the SeaDek archive, don't worry! USATuff is here to help you create your own. We are the go-to expert for Do-It-Yourself boat decking projects. Our team will guide you step-by-step through the process of creating your own project templates using our Mylar Tracing Kit, which includes printed and video instructions. When you're finished, simply mail the complete template to our location. We'll process and send you a paper test fit to ensure the layout is correct before we move to your final fabrication.
